Warranty & Exchange Policy

Before you return your item for an exchange please contact us first. We will work with you for the best resolution. Please include your name and order number.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at Glitz Jewellery you may exchange it within 14 days of purchase.  Sorry there are no refunds. All Items should be unworn, unaltered in any way and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Several types of items are exempt from being exchanged:
Engraved items, earrings, custom orders, gift cards, sized items.

On the chance that you should come across a manufacturer defect, we will gladly exchange the item within 14 days of purchase, or repair it within 30 Days.  Please retain your proof of purchase, as it is required for your guarantee. 

Please Note
Our guarantee does not include loss or damage due to bending, stretching, pulled chains, tarnishing, scratches, cracks, broken or cracked stones due to damage. 
But we will gladly repair items not covered by the guarantee for an additional charge.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
